These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pairty platform, including our mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Pairty DAO, Inc. ("Pairty," "we," "us," or "our").

• You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys;
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible and Pairty cannot recover or restore lost cryptocurrencies or digital assets;
• Blockchain transactions are publicly visible, and your on-chain activity may be viewable by others;
• You understand the risks associated with blockchain technology, including volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and technical vulnerabilities;
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws related to your cryptocurrency and digital asset transactions.

4. User Content

The Service allows you to create, upload, post, send, share, and store content, including text, photos, videos, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership rights in your User Content, but you grant us a license to use it for operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content;
• Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party;
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations;
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others;

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
